Here you can find instructions which will guide you step by step through the registration process.

  1. Go to registration page.
  2. At the first step, you will be invited with a message, what kind of personal data will be needed during the registration.
  3. Select profile type (individual or company).
  4. Type your email address, create strong password (at least 8 characters which must include: capital letter, small letter, number and special character) and then, re-type it.
  5. If you have a referral code for discounts, you can add it in the marked place.
  6. The next step is to confirm that you have read and accepted the regulations and the table of fees. You can also agree to receive marketing information about current promotions and news on the platform.
  7. Click the “Registration” button.
  8. You will receive a message with an activation link to the address provided in the registration form. Follow the link to confirm your registration.
  9. To ensure the security of transactions, two-factor authentication is required. Type the mobile phone number to which you will receive text messages with security codes. Enter the six-digit code that you received via SMS. Click on “Next”.
  10. Complete the form. All places marked with a red asterisk indicate necessary data. After entering your data, you will be asked to submit declarations of political exposure and being a US taxpayer (FATCA). More information about personal data can be found in the privacy policy.
  11. Confirm that you are aware of the criminal liability for making a false statement and for entering a false company or personal data. Click on „Continue”.
  12. In the next step, please attach a national ID with a photo. If you have a scan of the document, you can attach a file. If you do not have a scan, you can take a picture of the document with the device you are using at the moment.
  13. Complete the details of the attached document (type, series and number, expiry date). Go further.
  14. Now we ask you to attach a selfie with the document that you used in the previous point. This operation is designed to prevent identity theft and using this fact to carry out financial transactions. Continue.
  15. Log in to the account using the data you used to register the account.
  16. After logging in, you will see a message regarding the authorization transfer. To order such a transfer, press the “Deposit funds” button on the left side of the screen.
  17. Select the country from which you are making the transfer. If your country is not on the list, select: „Other country”. Then select the currency and bank where the transfer order will be placed. If your bank is not on the list, select the option: “Other bank”. Click the „Next” buton.
  18. The displayed message shows the data needed to order transfer properly. Due to this, your funds will be correctly credited to your Trejdoo currency wallet. The IBAN number is the account number to which the funds should be transferred. If you’re sending money from Poland, omit the first two characters (PL). Pay attention to the title of the transfer – it is also the number of your wallet. The exact copy of this number (along with the “xx” signs at the beginning and end) will allow you to quickly top up funds in the wallet. Go to your bank to make this transfer.
