Logging in

Here you can find instructions which will guide you step by step through the logging in process.

Go to login page. You can find login button in the upper right corner (menu bar).
Enter email address with which you registered on our platform.
Type your password which you created during the registration.
Click on “Log in”.

Why I'm unable to log in?

Here are some tips that may help you fix your login problem:

2. Make sure that the registration process was successful – you have entered the activation link that you have received on the e-mail address, completed the registration form and a message about correctly completed registration was displayed.
Make sure you don’t see a space when you’re typing your email address or password. This situation often occurs when such data is copied from another document.
When you enter the password yourself, pay attention to the letter size (e.g. Caps Lock is off) and the character itself (e.g. whether you should use the Shift key).
