Why I'm unable to log in?
Here are some tips that may help you fix your login problem:
- 2. Make sure that the registration process was successful – you have entered the activation link that you have received on the e-mail address, completed the registration form and a message about correctly completed registration was displayed.
- Make sure you don’t see a space when you’re typing your email address or password. This situation often occurs when such data is copied from another document.
- When you enter the password yourself, pay attention to the letter size (e.g. Caps Lock is off) and the character itself (e.g. whether you should use the Shift key).
