How to download money transfer confirmation?

Here you can find instructions step by step how to download money transfer confirmation.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. When you are on the home page, press the “Operation history” button.
  3. Click the „Show filters” button.
  4. Select the “Payout” option from the “Type” drop-down list.
  5. Select the currency in which the seeked operation was executed.
  6. You can search for specific dates. You can also indicate how many days back the system should look for your operation. System is also able to show the operations by amounts. Click the “Filter” button.
  7. A list of ordered withdrawals (transfers) has been displayed. To download a transfer confirmation, press the document icon next to the proper transaction.
  8. A pdf file confirming the transfer has been downloaded to your device.
