How to add new account’s user?

The instructions below will show you step by step how to add a representative to your account. This allows a family member or company employee to make transactions on your behalf.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. On the main page click the „My data” button.
  3. Now click on the “Proxy list” button on the bar on the left.
  4. Click „Add proxy” button.
  5. Type in the representative’s first name, last name, and e-mail address. If you want this person to be given administrator privileges, mark the proper option underneath the form. Press the “Send” button.
  6. The invitation has been sent to the proxy. As soon as it completes the registration process on our platform, it will be able to perform financial operations on your behalf.
