How to add new account’s user?
The instructions below will show you step by step how to add a representative to your account. This allows a family member or company employee to make transactions on your behalf.
- Log in to the platform.
- On the main page click the „My data” button.
- Now click on the “Proxy list” button on the bar on the left.
- Click „Add proxy” button.
- Type in the representative’s first name, last name, and e-mail address. If you want this person to be given administrator privileges, mark the proper option underneath the form. Press the “Send” button.
- The invitation has been sent to the proxy. As soon as it completes the registration process on our platform, it will be able to perform financial operations on your behalf.
